Gallows Hill Spirit is a craft distillery located in Allentown, PA with ties to the Salem Witch Trials. Our tasting room provides a unique history lesson about the trials, but also provides an extremely comfortable place to sit and enjoy cocktails, conversation and music.

We distill Vodka, Rum, Moonshine, Bourbon and Gin as well as creating amazing and unique liqueurs like Limoncello, Amaretto and Chai, all made on premises. We have received medals for every spirit entered in international spirits competitions so far, a track record of which we’re quite proud. We have a full cocktail bar including local beers and wines if somehow you are not into spirits you can still enjoy a drink.
